Returns & Refunds
At Discovery® Antibodies, we aim to provide the highest quality material, and all of our products have been quality controlled in our ISO 9001 2008 facility. If the product does not perform to your expectations within your scientific studies, please can you contact our customer services team email@example.com as soon as possible. We will then review your protocol, and if it is found that there is a problem with the product, a refund or replacement will be offered. We are unable to offer a refund if the wrong product has been ordered. In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect item, or do not receive the item at all, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
